HARVESTER CONSTRUCTIVE FEATURES

“Heavy Duty” type plastic conveyer belt to transport shrimp.
Watch harvesting progress through the acrylic inspection cover fixed with hinges to the structure. Easy access covers grant fast access to transportation belt.
Dismountable hitch for transportation at farm.
Main housing constructed in Fiber Glass reinforced Polyester with openings that grant access for easy cleaning. ELEVATEC is easily maneuverable since it weights less than 259 kgs.
All metal parts of ELEVATEC such as shafts, pinions, and motor base, etc. are constructed in stainless steel (except wheel system to transport harvest elevator to site).
The equipment is supplied with a transition basket made in stainless steel; it is installed between the pump and the harvest gate, where shrimp is gathered, and oriented towards the Harvesting Equipment; it is constructed and designed to fit and work based on the harvesting structure gates of your farm, according to plans provided by the client.
Displacement system, with bushings that can be lubricated, to facilitate management of the equipment in the harvesting area, constructed in galvanized steel pipes.
Wheels to easily manipulate equipment at harvesting area. Wheel structure is dismounted in order to place ELEVATEC into the harvesting structure.
The elevator will have a funnel in its discharge end constructed in Fiber Glass reinforced Polyester .
The elevator is powered by a 3 h.p. three phase electric motor, T.E.F.C., 60 hertz, with reducer and Push-button start.
