Etec

OUR WORK

The shrimp production of a farm near Angostura, México was facing high energy costs due to the use of five 48-inch pumping units, which resulted in excessive diesel consumption due to their low efficiency. To address this situation for the client, ETEC implemented a 42-inch vertical pumping system with two high-efficiency ETEC pumps, reducing energy consumption. Each new unit replaced the use of 2.5 older pumps. Additionally, we offered and built a civil infrastructure designed to optimize pumping times and improve water discharge into the reservoir.

Results:
With ETEC’s comprehensive solution, we achieved significant diesel savings, making the operation much more efficient and highly reducing the pumping system's operating costs.
